I'm running for Orange Unified School District because this is a great opportunity to continue my years of public service to our nation and our community. After high school, I enlisted in the United States Marine Corps and served in Vietnam. I served on the Orange Fire Department for 30 years. With my wife of 32 years, Kathy, a school teacher, I raised my family in Orange - our four children are the fifth generation to grow up in Orange. My three sons graduated from Orange High School, and my daughter still attends school in Orange. I'm not a politician, and my family hasn't served in political office. I'm just a concerned citizen and family man looking for another way to serve my community. I want our schools to be second to none. I want our tax dollars to be spent responsibly and efficiently.
